That "Veronica Mars in the FBI" show? Still could happen.

"Veronica Mars is over, but we're talking about something else. I don't know if it's going to be anything. I'm being honest with you. It could come back in some form, but I don't know what form that would be."

Speaking of "Veronica," the show's star, Kristen Bell, is set to be the voice over narrator of a new CW show "Gossip Girl."

Samuel L. Jackson may be a villain in the Frank Miller-directed "Spirit" movie.

Jackson would play the Spirit's antagonist, the Octopus. He is a psychotic killer who filets anyone unfortunate enough to see his face. His plan is to wipe out the fictitious Central City before The Spirit can stop him.

Paul McCartney discusses how Elvis Presley inspired the Beatles to make Sgt. Pepper.

"We had this idea that we'd make a record, and the record itself would go on tour for us," Tittle-tattle quoted him as saying.

"That came from a story we'd heard about Elvis' Cadillac going on tour. We though that was an amazing idea: He doesn't go on tour, he just sends his Cadillac out. Fantastic!" he added.

Three more vintage "Doctor Who" adventures are set for DVD release in the UK this fall (U.S. release to follow, I presume).

First up, on 3 September, is The Time Warrior. Starring Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor, the story also marks the first appearances of the Sontarans and the timeless Sarah Jane Smith.

Following that on 23 September is the long-awaited Region 2 release of The Key To Time. The epic Fourth Doctor six-story box set has been available in America for several years, but only now will it come with the full extras it deserves.

And Planet Gallifrey reports the Tom Baker-era adventure "Planet of Evil" is set for release later in the year.
