Actresses Jaime King and Paz Vega have joined the cast of "Will Eisner's The Spirit."

Vega will play the knife-wielding Plaster of Paris, and King will portray Lorelei, a phantom siren.

The duo joins Scarlett Johansson, Eva Mendes, Samuel L. Jackson, Gabriel Macht, Sarah Paulson, Dan Lauria, Stana Katic, Johnny Simmons and Louis Lombardi. Principal photography begins today in New Mexico.

"The Menagerie," a two-part episode from the original "Star Trek" series is set to appear on selected theater screens Nov. 13.

The screening — a first for episodic Star Trek on this scale — will be seen in nearly 300 venues across the U.S. and Canada. This one-night-only event will also feature a special introduction by Eugene "Rod” Roddenberry, son of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry, plus an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of the Remastered series.
