What I've Been Into...
"The Drama (2026)" Zendaya and Robert Pattinson are hilarious and excellent in this smart thriller that makes the characters' ethical dilemma your own.
Hopefully nobody's spoiled it for you, but Zendaya's Emma springs a shocking secret on her fiancé, Charlie (Pattinson), and he's thrown for a loop, as are the couple's best friends, played by Alana Haim and Mamoudou Athie. Each characters' emotional reactions are very funny and quit thought compelling.
You'll be left wondering what you'd do, along with your own past transgressions and how they might impact a relationship. Truly, how well do we know anyone, particularly someone we're about to marry?
All of the performances are excellent, as are the film's pacing and payoff. Very entertaining and well worth a look.
Tweedy, Twilight Override Tour, 2026. Tweedy, the fabulous family-and-friends band led by Wilco's Jeff Tweedy, just finished a tour in which they performed at least one tune associated with the city where they played. It all added up to 106 songs.
I got the chance to see them play here in my town and it was a blast.
