Via Heritage Auctions. Sprang is one of my favorite Bat-artists. He was drew the Caped Crusader through the 1940s and 50s and I love his dramatic, angular, noir-toon style.
These pieces, done for a series of limited-edition lithographs, were done in the 1990s and look pretty dang good, considering Sprang had long since retired from comics when he created them.
